80 IDP is an inherently dissipative and ionic antistatic polymer with good transparency. The antistatic properties of 80 IDP are durable due to its inherent ionic conductivity. 80 IDP’s antistatic properties are not diminished practically by being rinsed in water, wiped off by cloth or used in a low-humidity environment. 

When a dissipative thermoplastic polymer is blended with the 80 IDP host resin an Inherently Dissipative Polymer (IDP) is created which forms a molecular-scale, interpenetrating polymer network which carries charge.  The resulting IDP provides a dissipation path throughout the photomask compact.  Pozzetta offers photomask compacts in 80 IDP to customers who need low organic chemical and extractable ion outgassing as well as transparency and consistent antistatic properties.
