The joint venture between Pozzetta Products, Inc. and Gentech Inc. will leverage the strengths of the two companies through the integration of their best practices.
Pozzetta provides expertise in injection molding, micro cleaning technologies, and excellence in customer service. Gentech provides engineering, manufacturing and semiconductor market expertise.

RC600 Reticle Cassette

The initial product offering of the venture is focused on the manufacturing and sales of the Pozzetta Gentech reticle cassettes (see image 1) to customers using Canon wafer steppers. This reticle cassette provides a number of value added benefits (over Canon's own version of the reticle cassette) resulting in yield improvements and cost advantages.

RS600 Cassette Shipper Case

The first innovation to be introduced as a result of the Pozzetta Gentech joint venture is the reticle shipper case (see image 2). The reticle shipper case is designed to securely hold and encapsulate the reticle cassette during shipment. This eliminates shipping reticles in a standard shipping box then switching the reticle into a reticle cassette at the customer's site. As a result of using the reticle stepper case, the reticle has less risk of damage due to handling, stays cleaner and the cost of a standard shipping box is avoided. The new Pozzetta Gentech RS600 reticle shipper case gives mask makers the ability to ship reticles directly to their customers .
