The PLS series photomask
package creates a sealed, secure environment for photomasks and reticles
with pellicles. The compact securely positions and protects the mask with
minimal contact. Features include: positive locking latch, seal
gasket, removable labels, long life hinges, stackable, easy open and close,
and excellent access for insertion or removal of masks. Available in
ESD399 black
carbon filled polycarbonate, and clear Bayon. Cleanroom manufactured and
